I have a problem or question that is NOT answered on the website?

I have Windows 2003 Server or VISTA, what does that mean?

You receive the error "can't be stated. Was unable to initialize the windows registry. Rerun Microsoft Access or Microsoft Ofiice setup to reinstall."

I think there is an error in a question.  What should I do?

My study computer doesn't work anymore.  I need a new license key.  What should I do?

When I select Print or Summary of Scores or Test Detail from the Reports menu, I get an error "Object doesn't support property or method".
