My product has expired. What should I do?
The first thing to do is not panic! We have
made many efforts to inform you about the expiration notice and use of TopScore
Pro®. Here are a few places you may have missed it: On the order screen
just before the "I Agree" button--on the back of the CD package
itself--in the End User License Agreement you must "Agree" to BEFORE
you install the program--on the first "Welcome Screen" in bold RED
Each version of TopScore Pro® software is valid for predetermined amount of time. You are guaranteed use of the product for at least seven months from your purchase date, usually lasting 7+ months. If you purchased the product and it expires within your first seven months, we will exchange your software FREE of charge to ensure you receive 7 months use.
You MUST show PROOF OF PURCHASE, so keep your receipt.
The CD notifies you that it has expired. You will not be able to use the CD after that. You can review the content as many times as you like up until the CD expires.
