American Association of Dental Schools Application Service (AADSAS)

  AADSAS is the application service that processes your application to get into school.  They are responsible for collecting your personal information (grades, essay,etc.) and sending it out to the dental schools of your choice.

American Dental Association (ADA)

The ADA is responsible for administering the Dental Admission Test (DAT).  You must sign up with the ADA to take the DAT.   Once you obtain an application and pay the fee, you can register with Sylvan Learning Systems to actually take the computerized DAT.  Also the ADA is a professional organization of current practicing dentists. 




Canadian Dental Assocation (CDA)

The Canadian Dental Association (CDA) is the authoritative (Canadian) national voice of dentistry, dedicated to the representation and advancement of the profession, nationally and internationally, and to the achievement of optimal oral health. The CDA is responsible for administering the Canadian Dental Aptitude Test (DAT).  For test registration information click here.




The mission of the Association of Schools and Colleges of Optometry is to serve the American public through the continued advancement and promotion of all aspects of academic optometry. ASCO is responsible for administering the Optometry Admission Test (OAT). For test registration information click here.


American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy

The Psychological Corporation (a Harcourt Assessment Company) administers the Pharmacy College Admission Test (PCAT).  They are responsible for registering and scheduling you to sit for the exam.  Their website is www.pcatweb.info  For more information and on line registration for the PCAT visit their website.


PharmCAS

The Pharmacy College Application Service (PharmCAS) is a centralized application service for colleges and schools of pharmacy provided by the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP).
