ScholarWare Support Utilities
This page contains support utilities that a Technical Support Engineer may ask
you to use to help analyze problems with your computer and the TopScore Pro
installation.
Your Technical Support Engineer will instruct you which
program to run.
1. Installation Analyzer (Click Here)
This program creates an Analyzerlog.txt file on your desktop and should be
attached to an email and sent to support@scholarware.com
2. System Check (Click Here)
This program creates a log file "fp_check.log" on your desktop and
should be attached to an email and sent to support@scholarware.com
