Return Policy for ScholarWare Software

TopScore Pro® software products are unique products in that it is like a college test. It is not feasible for a student to ask for a new test just because "he didn’t like it" or "didn’t do well". Because of the nature of TopScore Pro® software products, we have set the following Return Policy for our CD-ROMs. 

IF YOU PURCHASED SCHOLARWARE SOFTWARE FROM AN AUTHORIZED RETAIL DISTRIBUTOR (eg. Amazon.com, Barnes and Noble, etc.) and NOT DIRECTLY FROM SCHOLARWARE, please see that distributor's return policy. We do not handle these returns.

SCHOLARWARE RETURN POLICY

OPENED
CD-ROMs can be returned for EXCHANGE product only if a CD-ROM is defective, damaged, or does not load on a particular platform.  We will replace the CD-ROM at NO CHARGE. For platform issues, Technical Support should be consulted where an engineer will gladly assist.

A copy of the original sales receipt MUST accompany exchanges. 

Exchanges are shipped Standard First Class Mail unless the customer advance pays for additional postage.

Opened software will not be refunded

UNOPENED software in original condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase. The original purchase price, less any discounts or promotions, sales tax, and shipping will be the refunded amount. A restocking and processing fee of $10.00 may be charged.

Returned software must have an RMA number and a reason for return must be noted.  You must contact us for an RMA number.

A copy of the original sales receipt MUST accompany returns.

No COD (collect on delivery) returns accepted.  You must pay for return shipping.
