The OraViewPro(TM)
USB Camera
The OraViewPro(TM) has unique software drivers or "smart drivers" that allows the
USB intraoral camera to
directly integrate with your dental clinic imaging video capture software such as EagleSoft,
Kodak Imaging (e.g. with SoftDent
or PracticeWorks, etc.), Dentrix Image 4.5, Dexis, Digora and other intraoral
imaging camera module software.
The OraViewPro(TM)
camera buttons work correctly within your current imaging module clinic
software!
The OraViewPro(TM) USB camera will quickly and easily
freeze, save and place
the intraoral picture automatically directly into your patient record depending upon
which dental imaging clinical software you have**. It can even cue up your camera ready to take the next picture,
automatically without having a second person use the mouse or keyboard. You will
be amazed at how nice and easy your camera takes multiple pictures and saves the picture
into your patient chart. The proprietary OneClickCAM(TM)
feature of OraViewPro(TM) handles
all this for the operator.
**Exact automatic camera functionality varies only
slightly between each
clinic software implementation.
OraViewPro(TM) for your dental
imaging
or intraoral picture software
Features: With OneClickCAM(TM)
users can automatically freeze, save and advance the camera
for easy and quick review of multiple intraoral camera pictures. You DO NOT
need a second person to operate the mouse to click, save, and reset the video
for a second picture!
OraViewPro(TM)
two camera buttons work correctly within your current imaging module clinic
software unlike other cameras!
OraViewPro(TM) DOES NOT replace
your current clinic imaging software or manages images for you if you do not
have imaging software already. You must have dental
imaging software first. Then the OraViewPro(TM)
camera will work perfectly INSIDE your imaging software at the patient chart
level.
Clinic Use: Within your current dental clinic imaging video capture module, the camera
operator can position picture, click picture button on camera, then
automatically view the picture, save the picture to the patient record, and be
ready to click the next picture. With the OraViewPro(TM) camera, this is all done for you...within your clinic intraoral software...by
simply using the OraViewPro(TM) camera.
Integration: Simple installation, no power supply or card required, USB
2.0 port, Windows XP or Vista compatible.
About the OraViewPro(TM)
"smart driver" camera
The OraViewPro(TM)
camera was developed out of pure frustration from the high cost of USB intraoral
camera limited alternatives that directly integrated with dental clinic
imaging software. Most intraoral cameras do not integrate directly with dental
clinic imaging software without the use of a "bridge". So
doctors end up paying for the 'bridge' and imaging software, and then pay an
additional $3,500 for every intraoral camera. Why not use the less
expensive (good quality) OraViewPro(TM)
camera instead of paying $3,500 for each camera? Of course!
Before OraViewPro(TM), dentist's
were faced with paying $3,500-$5,000 for EACH digital intraoral camera (such
as the Schick USB camera) that directly interfaced with their clinic imaging software (EagleSoft,
Dentrix, SoftDent, Dexis, Kodak, etc.) This cost is outrageous! No more!
The OraViewPro(TM)
camera works great, interfaces with more camera features, is not a "bridge", and out performs the much higher cost
USB camera alternatives. Using OraViewPro(TM) high quality
and affordable USB camera is
an extremely viable USB intraoral camera integration solution. A four (4) camera solution costs
the dentist about the same as (1) camera from the "big boys". That's
value!
The OraViewPro(TM) USB intraoral
camera provides 100% direct integration and
functionality within your current imaging software for acquiring intraoral pictures seamlessly
into your patient chart. It is a less expensive, affordable, high quality USB
intraoral camera(s) into a fully integrated clinic solution for your chosen
imaging software.
The OraViewPro(TM) does
not use 3rd party
"bridge" image
capture and storage software. It enhances your current dental clinic
software's image capture and storage capability to allow feature rich
integration with our EXCLUSIVE great USB intraoral camera.

Camera quantity
discounts for 5 or more cameras are available.
IIMPORTANT: Camera Software Licenses for Use:
One (1) camera can be shared on two (2) unlocked computers only. If you
plan on sharing (1) camera on more computers, you must purchase additional
license packs to unlock additional computers. Each license pack will unlock
two (2) computers only.
Consider budgeting (1) camera for each treatment room. USB camera devices
in Windows are not designed to be routinely unplugged throughout the day and
still consistently
function reliably.
| Camera Installation Tips: If camera is NOT directly connected to the CPUs 2.0 USB port or has multiple USB cord extensions, plug the camera into a powered 2.0 USB hub; Example: A 12 o'clock camera mount where you have a mouse, keyboard and monitor at the 12 o'clock and the CPU is elsewhere. Use a USB extension cable to the 12 o'clock and place the USB powered hub at the 12 o'clock. Connect the keyboard, mouse and camera to the powered hub. Other Tips: 3rd party clear camera sleeves are available. 6-10 ft. coiled USB cables work well. Do not use a retractable USB cable. The retraction unit fails after extended daily use. |
